Dollar Hydrangea takes pride in providing you fresh flowers. If you are not satisfied with quality of your flowers or if the flowers are damaged when they arrive, please call Customer Service at (855) 722-7070 within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. You will be requested to email 3-5 digital images of the flowers to firstname.lastname@example.org. After receipt and review of your images, we will contact you and send replacement flowers or issue a refund, if deemed appropriate.
If you, the customer, do not report the damaged or insufficient product within 24 hours of delivery receipt, you are assuming approval of the delivery.
